📅 Schedule:

Weekdays between 8 AM – 5 PM

Combination of full and half days

Must be available Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (your schedule will be posted at least 2 weeks in advance)

Average 24–28 hours per week

📋 Responsibilities:
-
Greet and check in/out patients
-
Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally

Schedule and confirm appointments
-
Prepare and file patient charts
-
Keep the front office and lobby clean and organized
-
Respond to patient inquiries and explain procedures
-
Prepare paperwork packets and review surgery charts for completeness

Provide administrative and light marketing support
-
Cross-training for back-office procedures is a plus
🧠 Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Good math and spelling skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (QuickBooks experience is a plus)

Ability to handle multiple phone lines
